Delete your Bubble Blower account

Bubble Blower is made by Konfeti Games. You can delete your account and its data in two ways.

1. In the game

Open Bubble Blower → Account tab → Delete my account → confirm. It happens immediately.

2. By email

If you no longer have the game installed, email us:

Send it from, or include, the email address you signed in with. If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us which. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account (email address and sign-in details)
Your cloud progress: best times and scores, soap balance, unlocked looks, league stars
Your rows on every leaderboard (global, regional, daily, ring run)
Challenges you created and results you sent

What is kept

Progress stored on your phone stays on your phone until you uninstall the game.
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and is not linked to your account's email. Aggregated statistics may be kept indefinitely.
Purchase records are kept by Apple and Google, not by us.

If you never created an account, we hold nothing linked to your identity. Uninstalling the game removes everything stored on your phone.
